If you're an expert in performance marketing and love optimizing ad spend, we want to hear from you What You’ll Do Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (not Amazon). Continuously test and refine creatives, ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS. Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid strategies with overall lead generation goals. What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn). Deep understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and ad creative best practices. Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and attribution modeling.
