If you're an expert in performance marketing and love optimizing ad spend, we want to hear from you What You’ll Do Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (not Amazon). Analyze campaign performance, focusing on cost per conversion and total conversions as key success metrics. Continuously test and refine creatives, ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS. Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid strategies with overall lead generation goals. Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness. What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn). Strong analytical skills with a track record of reducing cost per conversion while increasing lead volume. Deep understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and ad creative best practices. Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and attribution modeling.
