The Role As Project Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone behind our construction and purchasing pipeline. You’ll manage vendors, negotiate deals, track every order, and keep our materials flowing on time, on budget, and on point. Your day-to-day will include: Purchasing construction materials and negotiating with vendors. Entering purchase orders (POs) and keeping records bulletproof. Tracking material orders, shipments, and deliveries so nothing slips. Updating inventory systems and keeping everything accurate. Handling admin and coordination tasks that keep projects moving. What We’re Looking For Experience: You’ve done this before—purchasing, vendors, materials, inventory. You know the moving parts. Problem Solver: When things go wrong (and they will), you don’t freeze. You act, fix, and deliver. Composure Under Pressure: Deadlines don’t scare you. They sharpen you. English Mastery: C1–C2 level. You’ll be working with a fast‑talking founder and U.S. vendors daily. Remote‑Ready: Self‑disciplined, organized, and hungry. You don’t need babysitting.
