Descripción Drive a customer-focused culture within the team to strengthen client relationships. Support KYC data and documentation refresh for existing clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal risk standards. Lead and mentor a KYC/AML team of 8-12 members, ensuring efficient and compliant client refresh processes. Use data and dashboards to manage case volumes, assign tasks, and monitor progress and quality. Provide regular, constructive feedback to analysts for professional development. Act as an AML subject matter expert, staying updated on regulatory changes. Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize urgent requests and manage escalations. Execute ad-hoc projects and special requests promptly. Stay informed on regulatory and tax requirements related to KYC. Report status updates to senior management to maintain transparency and reduce risk. Identify and implement process improvements and support change management initiatives. Ensure adherence to risk appetite and compliance standards in daily operations. Maintain accuracy and credibility in all tasks, meeting service level agreements and escalating issues when necessary. Promote high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Foster a high-performance, inclusive environment through coaching, development planning, and succession management. Perfil buscado (h/m) We are looking for a highly skilled professional with 3-5 years of experience in financial services and/or KYC, AML, and ATF, preferably holding a university degree in business, finance, law, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in large corporates, financial institutions, or capital markets regulation, along with proficiency in MS Office and experience in data analytics, metrics, and reporting. A deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, global banking, and end-to-end workflows across Front, Middle, and Back Offices is essential. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure, and outstanding communication, relationship management, and time management skills. Previous management experience, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation are critical for success.
