HR Business Partner Capgemini Engineering is a global leader in engineering services, empowering innovative companies with digital and software technology expertise across all industries. Job Description: The HR Business Partner serves as the point of contact for HR-related escalations for People Managers. Working closely with Senior HR Business Partners, the Workplace Solutions Team, and Centers of Competence (CoCs), this role provides seamless support to business and country entities. Responsibilities Serve as the interface for HR-related escalations for managers and execute the talent agenda aligned to organizational objectives. Align with Senior HR Business Partners to support business restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning. Collaborate with CoCs to monitor the implementation of learning frameworks and identify upskilling opportunities. Facilitate talent management messaging and milestones, guide people managers and employees throughout performance reviews and promotion processes, and provide coaching, career development, and counseling. Pull metrics and analyze trends to diagnose business health and develop solutions, programs, or policies. Support the rollout and communication of Future of Work initiatives, providing guidance to people managers on new and existing initiatives. Manage HR activities, including employee documentation and compliance with employment law, collaborating with the Workplace Solutions Team to ensure local labor laws are followed.
