Job Overview Reporting to the Accounting supervisor, the Accounts’ Payable Technician, a member of the accounting team, records, processes, and verifies all vendor invoices on a daily basis. In collaboration with the sites, the incumbent ensures invoices are accurate and approved. Responsibilities Confirm invoice information with our systems; Communicate with sites regarding non‑compliant invoices; Enter Accounts Payable data for multiple sites; Any other duties as directed by manager. Skills and Abilities Demonstrated ability to accurately calculate, post, correct, and manage accounting figures; Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to build trusting relationships quickly; Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills; Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a high‑volume environment; Working knowledge of JDE preferred; Interest and ability with technologies, tech savvy and excellent command of computer systems, tools and software (including the Microsoft Suite). Qualifications Academic: AEC or DEP diploma or relevant experience in accounting. Experience 1‑3 years of experience in accounting.
