The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Consultant specializing in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/ Plant Maintenance (PM) , to join our ERP practice. This role involves working with diverse clients across industries to design, implement, and optimize integrated ERP solutions. As a consultant, you will contribute to solution architecture, process design, and end-to-end project execution. Client Engagement & Delivery Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions across EAM/PM domains. Lead workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting. Deliver high-quality SAP configurations, testing, training, and documentation as per project methodology (Agile/Waterfall). SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance Design and implement asset lifecycle processes including equipment master data, maintenance plans, task lists, work order management, and failure analysis. Enable clients to improve asset reliability, minimize downtime, and comply with safety and regulatory standards. Integrate with SAP IAM tools to support mobile maintenance and operational efficiency. Project Management & Support Support solution design documentation, cutover planning, and hypercare activities. Provide post-go-live support, change management guidance, and knowledge transfer to clients. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives. Our ideal candidate will have: Minimum 6+ years of S4/HANA consulting experience with at least 1 full lifecycle implementation in SAP EAM/PM. Strong knowledge of SAP asset maintenance processes, and related Assets Master Data Proven experience working in a client-facing role within a consulting or systems integrator environment. Solid understanding of integration with modules such as MM, WH, QM, FI/CO, and EWM Experience with SAP S/4HANA related to Maintenance and Logistics. SAP Certified in EAM, PM modules is an added bonus. Experience in Intelligent Asset Management such as SAP Service and Asset Manager (SAM), Asset Performance Management (APM) is an added bonus. Experience in SAP Master Data Governance – EAM /M (MDG-EAM, MDG-M) is an added bonus Working knowledge of Agile project delivery frameworks. Substantial proven experience working in client-facing consulting / contracting roles. Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources. Good communication with professional level English and proactive attitude.
