El rol se enfoca en el seguimiento operativo diario, coordinación administrativa con stakeholders, facilitación de comunicación entre equipos técnicos, y mantenimiento de documentación crítica del proyecto mientras se asegura el cumplimiento de procedimientos establecidos y reportes precisos de avances.## Tus tareas diarias incluirán:• Asistir en la ejecución de objetivos del proyecto monitoreando cronogramas, presupuestos y criterios de éxito establecidos• Servir como enlace administrativo entre equipos internos y stakeholders, facilitando comunicación operativa con clientes• Realizar seguimiento diario de actividades de contratistas reportando avances, issues y verificando documentación requerida• Actualizar cronogramas detallados con información de campo y reportar avances semanales contra hitos programados• Organizar logística de reuniones operativas y preparar reportes básicos de avances para revisión de supervisores• Verificar documentación básica de cumplimiento regulatorio según checklists y registrar observaciones de riesgo• Recopilar y organizar datos para análisis de viabilidad documentando todas las reuniones mediante actas oficiales## ## Calificaciones Requeridas:• Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Arquitectura• 2-4 años de experiencia en apoyo a proyectos de construcción o gestión de proyectos• Habilidades sólidas de comunicación escrita y verbal para documentación y reportes• Experiencia en coordinación administrativa y manejo de múltiples stakeholders• Conocimiento básico de regulaciones de construcción y procedimientos de cumplimiento• Capacidad comprobada para trabajar bajo supervisión y seguir procedimientos establecidos•Ingles tecnico avanzado## Calificaciones Preferidas:• Conocimiento básico de certificación en gestión de proyectos (CAPM o PMI)• Familiaridad con software de construcción y plataformas de colaboración de proyectos• Experiencia previa en coordinación con contratistas y proveedores de construcción• Comprensión básica de procesos de procurement y preparación de RFPs• Conocimiento introductorio de análisis financiero y seguimiento presupuestario• Experiencia con documentación de cumplimiento regulatorio y gestión de riesgos básicos• Habilidades básicas en preparación de presentaciones y materiales de comunicación ejecutiva**Location:**On-site –Bogota, COLIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
