Consumer Growth Operations Manager Uber Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia About the Role As a Consumer Growth Operations Manager in ACAC (Andean, Caribbean, and Central America), you will play a key role in bringing the Latam consumer strategy to life through excellent execution. You'll run day‑to‑day operations, conduct analyses that uncover growth opportunities, and help build the processes and mechanisms that enable consistent, high‑quality delivery across the sub‑region. This is a highly analytical and hands‑on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, managing complex operational workflows, and driving impact through structured execution. What the Candidate Will Do Design and execute growth initiatives to improve user acquisition, retention, and engagement across ACAC markets. Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities that inform decision‑making. Collaborate cross‑functionally to operationalize and track strategic plans, ensuring flawless execution. Manage and optimize promotional budgets, ensuring initiatives are efficient and aligned with business priorities. Translate data into actionable recommendations, supporting senior stakeholders in driving continuous improvement. Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to track performance, communicate insights, and guide strategy discussions. Contribute to experimentation and testing, supporting localized initiatives to improve conversion, retention, and engagement rates. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or another high‑growth environment. Professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; comfortable making data‑driven decisions in complex situations. Advanced Excel skills. Comfort working in fast‑paced environments, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and regional nuances. Bonus Points Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
