Trade Marketing Manager Job Summary This role is responsible for serving as an expert for partners, customizing solutions, and identifying new strategic partnerships. The role achieves quotas while improving sales processes and collaborating across functions. The role addresses conflicts, conducts research, and provides administrative support to ensure seamless partner interactions. Responsibilities Serves as the expert to the partners for advanced information regarding the organization’s offerings, promotions, and configuration. Collaborates with partners to tailor solutions that meet specific customer needs, including customization of products and services to align with client requirements. Identifies new partners that align with the organization’s strategic objectives and foster their integration into the sales ecosystem. Works with a team of sales professionals to achieve assigned quotas while engaging in transactional and relationship selling in adherence to legal requirements. Contributes to the continuous improvement of partner sales processes and strategies based on feedback and insights. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on partner-related initiatives. Assists in the resolution of minor conflicts or issues between partners and the organization. Conducts initial research on prospective partners and prepares proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential partner deals. Provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth partner interactions and sales processes. Education & Experience (Recommended) Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
