As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance in various accounting processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, driven, and collaborative, eager to contribute to a culture that values continuous learning and innovation.

Responsibilities :

1. Manage Accounts Payable : Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and expenses, coding invoices correctly, and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
2. Conduct thorough research and verification of vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper capital and expense recording.
3. Maintain Accounts Receivable : Handle monthly invoicing, customer payments, unbilled revenue, and follow up on past due accounts.
4. Perform reconciliations for both Accounts Payable and Receivable and manage Intercompany reconciliations .
5. Prepare Cash Flow reports and Sales and Use tax reports for multi-state tax returns.
6. Participate in month-end closing , reporting trend variances and ensuring compliance with GAAP.
7. Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger .
8. Assist in preparing the annual company budget and tax returns .
9. Provide administrative support to ensure effective office operations.
10. Collaborate with related entities and internal teams on financial reports and discrepancies.

Education :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required).

Work Experience & Skills :

• 4-6 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger accounting.
• High proficiency in ORACLE , MS Office , QuickBooks , with advanced skills in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with management and co-workers.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
