No Travel Posting Start Date: 11/6/25 Hybrid No Relocation Assistance Offered Job Number# - Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia Job Summary The Quality Assurance Analyst - BEX is responsible for performing the QA websites process for Colgate subsidiaries worldwide, following the divisional and global digital strategies. You will communicate with web developers, coordinators and leads. Responsibilities/Accountabilities Execute QA audits and report clearly the results on time. Ensure best practices and brand guidelines are followed in all developments. Ensure projects are delivered on time and the number of hours spent in each project is reported. Responsible for the Quality Assurance for websites implementation ensuring that they are complying with the corporate guidelines and the market development standards. Ensure Usage Rights of all digital assets published are following agency controls. Support BEX Authors to run crawl reports when they are working on their own QA. Interact with digital agencies all over the world to obtain guidelines and support for project implementations. Implement tracking codes, tags and extract analytics reports from the websites. Crawl CP sites to generate report of issues that affects SEO and quality of the sites. Participate in QA sprint demos providing feedback to partner agencies following our internal QA checklist. Report to Website QA Coordinator – BEX the project status and timelines. Range of Qualifications Years of Experience (range): 1~2 Functional Experience and Technical Skills: Knowledge in QA test for websites, digital marketing, including website development and maintenance, search engine optimization and experience working with CMS.
