Project Manager (Data & Cloud Migration) – Bogotá, Colombia, at Servicio Latam En Servicio Latam buscamos un Project Manager para liderar end-to-end un proyecto regional de migración de datos en desuso (“Cold Data”) hacia IBM Cloud Object Storage (COS). Este rol requiere asegurar alcance, tiempos, calidad, riesgos y coordinación entre equipos locales, regionales, HO, proveedores y squads técnicos. Job Functions Gestionar el ciclo completo del proyecto: planificación, ejecución, gobernanza y cierre. Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios (arquitectura, ingeniería, CTDF, DataQuants, Infra, Seguridad). Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares Cardif LATAM y HO. Administrar dependencias con Data Virtualization y DataQuants. Gestionar presupuesto, proveedores y reporting ejecutivo. Construir el Project Plan (cronograma, presupuesto, entregables). Definir scope con CDO Regional y equipos locales. Coordinar diariamente con el Líder Técnico y squads. Gestionar riesgos, impedimentos y dependencias. Realizar reportes semanales a PMO/ETO/CDO. Asegurar alineación con estándares CTDF, DataOps y Data Governance. Coordinar país–región–HO y proveedor de outsourcing. Validar entregables, gestionar documentación final y realizar handover a operación. Qualifications And Requirements Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de datos y cloud (ideal IBM Cloud). Conocimientos de Data Governance, Data Quality y Data Security. Familiaridad con Data Lake, Data Lakehouse y Data Fabric. Conocimiento de flujos batch y políticas de retención. Entendimiento funcional de IBM COS, Data Virtualization, ETL/ELT. Manejo de Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet u otras herramientas PM. Desirable Skills Excelente comunicación ejecutiva y síntesis. Inglés conversacional (portugués deseable). Coordinación intercultural y multidisciplinaria. Pensamiento estructurado, enfoque en riesgos y liderazgo orientado a resultados. Proactividad, ownership y manejo de presión. Trabajo colaborativo en entornos regionales y remotos.
