This role supports the day‑to‑day work of building and updating website pages using Content Management System platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, WIX, or similar tools. The role focuses on accuracy, consistency, and collaboration rather than development or coding. Key Responsibilities Build and update webpages using drag and drop builders within a CMS such as WordPress, Shopify, WIX, or similar platforms. Apply approved copy, images, links, and downloads into existing page templates. Ensure content is placed accurately and matches provided instructions and layouts. Upload, organize, and find content, including images, videos, copy, and resources, from the Media Library, other tools/sites, and Digital Asset Manager. Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time after initial training. Follow documented processes and page standards. Review work before submission to ensure consistency and quality. Work with the team to ensure pages meet high degree of content and layout requirements. Update shared tracking sheets to show page status and flag issues. Follow review steps so progress and gaps are clear to the team. Document issues clearly to support fast resolution. Qualifications 2‑3 years experience working in a CMS or page builder environment. Experience using platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, WIX, or similar tools. Comfortable working with drag and drop editors and WYSIWYG builders. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Nice to Have: Basic familiarity with SEO fields such as page titles and meta descriptions. Experience supporting large content updates or website launches. What we offer Monday to Friday schedule.
