Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality visual designs across marketing campaigns, digital experiences, brand assets, infographics, presentations, and other materials that support platform growth. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, advisor success, product, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure channel consistency and cohesion. Translate creative briefs and ideas into compelling, on‑brand visual outputs. Leverage and evolve our existing design system to maintain visual excellence across platforms. Work iteratively in a fast‑paced environment—taking feedback, adapting quickly, and striving to improve. Qualifications 3–5 years of design experience, preferably in startup or fast‑paced environments. Strong portfolio showcasing your best visual design work across various formats (web, social, digital ads, presentations, etc.). Proficient in tools like Figma and Framer (basic knowledge required; mastery a plus). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere). Deep understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable balancing creative exploration with brand consistency and execution speed. Nice to Have Basic fintech knowledge to understand the industry we work in.
