Senior Technical Support Analyst, Trilogy (Remote) - $60,000/year USD We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst to join Trilogy, a leading software platform provider, to deliver AI‑augmented customer support. The role is remote and full‑time, with a compensation of $60,000 USD per year (equivalent to $30 USD/hr). The position requires a contractor agreement with Crossover. Key Responsibilities AI‑Augmented Customer Resolutions: Investigate complex tickets escalated by AI systems, apply human judgment where AI capabilities fall short, and enhance the AI system to close identified gaps. Problem Solving: Diagnose ambiguous failures across networks, databases, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise applications; use AI to generate hypotheses, test theories, accelerate resolution, and capture reasoning for system improvement. Technical Judgment: Seamlessly shift from packet capture to query plan to workflow trace; correct LLM missteps and build repeatable frameworks. Automation: Identify patterns that transform isolated fixes into scalable automations and improve system intelligence for thousands of customers. What You Won’t Be Doing Spending two full months onboarding; proficiency across multiple products is expected within the first month. Depending on your manager for assistance; self‑unblocking is required. Basic Requirements Must be located in North or South America. Minimum 3 years of total experience in a technical customer support role. Advanced generative AI proficiency (multi‑AI tools, workflow automation, custom GPTs); LLM experience limited to research or content creation is insufficient. Working with us This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week, long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $30 USD/hour, weekly payment.
