Broking Director

Lead the Andean (Colombia, Ecuador and Peru) teams in the Contracts business implementing and executing the portfolio strategy and its growth, through the expansion of the current and creation of new business. Be a technical facilitator for the commercial and customer service areas of the company, through the development of insurance placement proposals according to the assigned business and the design of product alternatives, ensuring the quality of the product and service, achieving the best cost and coverage conditions for current or prospective clients according to the established objectives. Be the leader of a specialty for the Andean region.

Manage the placement of policies of the Property & Cargo & Marine & Agro & Aviation product lines for one of the Specialties created in the Andean region.
Diagnosis of opportunities and presentation of offers to customers.
Be a facilitator in the technical knowledge of the company and for customers.
Provide concepts on technical aspects of the product line to the different areas of the company when required.

Bilingual in English, Engineer, Economist, Administrator or related careers with significant career on insurance/reinsurance area.

Being an expert on Treaty is the focus of this position.
