Teads has an opportunity for a senior Marketing Manager who is passionate about technology, innovation, and online video advertising to join our Spanish team, based in Madrid. This role will be responsible for the development and execution of the Teads brand in Spain, including owning the communication strategy and marketing initiatives to broaden our visibility within the Spanish and Portuguese markets. The role will be directly responsible for ensuring Teads achieves strong commercial success. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you are a fully dedicated business leader, reporting into the European Marketing Director based in London and working closely with the Spanish Managing Director. This role is currently an individual contributor, but there may be an opportunity to grow a team. Your main responsibilities will be to: Drive the local marketing strategy in the region and work closely with the Spanish Managing Director and European Marketing Director on the local budget, including forecasting and tracking. Drive the creation of world-class marketing communications for Teads Spain across our brands/advertisers and agency clients and our publisher portfolio, including newsletters, campaign management, and external PR. Work closely with the local PR agency to develop a communication strategy, including thought leadership, press releases, and comment opportunities. Ensure all communications are aligned with the global marketing strategy, including localizing material where relevant. Work closely with key stakeholders, such as the sales, marketing, and publisher organizations, to ensure marketing collateral and content are fit for purpose. Manage the day-to-day management of Teads’ global events program, including associated marketing communications plans, ensuring it is responsive to stakeholder needs and preferences. Deliver events effectively, efficiently, and on budget, and be able to measure success and demonstrate ROI. Manage, develop, and implement Teads’ presence at a range of third-party exhibitions, working with partners to provide a cost-effective, impactful presence. We are looking for an ambitious, self-starter who is passionate about marketing, able to manage multiple projects, and ideally with already established connections within the AdTech and online advertising industry. 5-6 years of professional experience, working in B2B marketing, with the ability to demonstrate knowledge of a broad range of communication activities – media, websites, publications, marketing, social media, and events. Strong communication skills, including verbal and written, for preparing and presenting press releases, etc., in an advertising environment. Experience working with stakeholders of all levels, including senior leadership. Experience working with senior marketers at agencies and global brands, and expertise supporting and enabling a sales organization, is an advantage. Considerable event experience and a successful track record of effective delivery across the full range of communications disciplines. Creative flair to bring fresh ideas and marketing campaigns from inception through to delivery. Ability to work on a diverse range of tasks at the same time under pressure and in a non-precious way. Excellent organizational and planning skills, and experience in managing communications projects from start to finish, with demonstrable experience of successful prioritization and allocation of resources. Experience working with social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, is an advantage. Excellent spoken and written Spanish and English. Proven to be a proactive and diligent self-starter with an ability to coordinate and prioritize, utilizing resources effectively. Strong organizational skills with very high attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence across the organization and externally.
