Preparar presentaciones, informes y documentación ejecutiva. Redactar y revisar comunicaciones internas y externas. Preparar reportes de gastos de sus directivos. Ser punto de contacto con proveedores, clientes y visitantes. Coordinar la logística de visitas y reuniones (salas, materiales, catering, etc.). Supervisar el funcionamiento general de la oficina (equipos, limpieza, mantenimiento). Gestionar compras de suministros y control de inventario. Coordinar servicios con proveedores externos (mensajería, IT, mantenimiento, etc.). Apoyar a RRHH con el sistema de control de tiempos, agendas de acogida y generación de códigos de accesos para visitas. Apoyar en la organización de eventos internos, visitas corporativas o actividades institucionales. Dar soporte en RRSS corporativas. Mantener archivos digitales y físicos actualizados. Controlar facturas menores, pedidos y reportes de gastos de oficina. Requisitos Experiencia mínima en roles administrativos, de asistencia ejecutiva o gestión de oficina. Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito). Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Se ofrece Entorno de trabajo dinámico y colaborativo.
