Note: If you're hired for this role, you may be asked to update your LinkedIn profile :) About The Role We are looking for a Project Manager (Client-Facing) to lead projects end-to-end while maintaining close relationships with clients. In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. You’ll balance client expectations with internal resources, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. This role requires ownership, proactive communication, and excellent judgment. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication. Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple client accounts. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Creative, Performance, Web, and other specialists, to ensure timely and high-quality outputs. Translate client needs into actionable project plans and clear deliverables. Identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities early, raising flags and proposing solutions proactively. Maintain project scope, timeline, and budget while balancing client priorities. Support onboarding of new clients and projects, ensuring smooth handoffs. Facilitate meetings, presentations, and status updates with clients and internal teams. Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on project insights and performance data. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, workflows, and client communications. Identify opportunities for additional services or project expansions where appropriate. Requirements & Skills 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency environment. Proven experience managing client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, ecommerce, websites, SEO, Shopify, Klaviyo, and paid media. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with comfort in phone/video calls and presentations. Ability to translate client objectives into project plans and deliverables. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail. Confident handling multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
