Overview The Carrier Sales Representative is a sales-oriented role focused on building strong carrier relationships and securing capacity at competitive rates. This position is ideal for individuals who are motivated by commission, performance metrics, and closing deals, and who are confident negotiating on the phone in a fast-paced environment. You’ll spend a large portion of your day sourcing carriers, making outbound calls, negotiating rates, and ensuring freight moves efficiently. Success in this role comes from hustle, relationship-building, and the ability to think quickly under pressure. Location: Remote (Colombia) Key Responsibilities Source and secure carriers through load boards, carrier databases, referrals, and high-volume outbound calling. Negotiate rates confidently over the phone to maximize margin while maintaining track and trace of active loads, providing proactive updates through Front and internal systems. Build and maintain long-term carrier relationships that result in repeat coverage and reliability. Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers and dispatchers throughout the execution process. Leverage Greenscreens.ai and Revenova to evaluate pricing, margins, and market conditions. Maintain accurate CRM/TMS records for every carrier interaction and load. Qualifications 1–4 years of experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, logistics operations, or a high-volume sales environment. Strong sales mentality with a desire to earn commission and exceed goals. Confident, persuasive communicator with ease building relationships over the phone. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Strong negotiation, prioritization, and multitasking skills. Experience with TMS systems and load boards (DAT, Truckstop, Greenscreens preferred). High attention to detail and urgency in load coverage and follow-through.
