We’re now expanding our remote team in Colombia to support our U.S.-based clients in the real estate sector. As a Call Center Agent, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective tenants, helping them navigate the leasing process, gather key information, and coordinate with property management teams—all while working from the comfort of your home. What’s This Opportunity About? This role is all about clear communication, structured coordination, and customer support. You’ll guide potential residents through early leasing stages, capture essential details, and ensure a smooth hand-off to onsite U.S. teams. What’s in It for You? A fully remote, U.S.-facing position with fixed monthly pay An opportunity to gain international experience in real estate support and customer interaction A role that sharpens your communication, coordination, and organizational skills A chance to work with a professional and growing global team What You’ll Be Doing Communicating with prospective residents to gather key details (name, contact, move-in date, etc.) Creating and updating Guest Cards and contact records Scheduling in-person tours with onsite leasing teams Answering questions via phone and email, helping residents feel informed and confident Keeping accurate notes and tracking every conversation Sharing updates and aligning with the U.S. property management teams Jumping in with additional support tasks as needed to keep leasing workflows smooth What You Bring to the Table Background in sales, customer service, or call centers (an advantage) Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Strong people skills—friendly, proactive, and composed under pressure A detail-oriented mindset and structured approach to multitasking Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office or other CRM/scheduling platforms Professionalism and the ability to communicate with clarity and confidence This is a remote position for Colombia-based candidates. Work will be conducted primarily via phone, email, and video, requiring a quiet, distraction-free setup and strong time-management skills.
