Job Title: Lead Project Manager
We're seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to join our Strategy, Enablement & Transformation team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for successfully executing projects within the Shared Services Organization and stakeholder groups.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute project schedules to ensure timely completion of deadlines and milestones
- Provide insights to enhance processes and tooling, support implementation best practices, and process improvements derived from identifying areas of weakness and strategizing improvements
- Develop, run, and distribute status and progress reports to update leadership and project team members
- Regularly communicate with senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables
- Perform analysis and assessment activities to provide stakeholders with timely updates

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a highly collaborative individual with strong process and project management skills who can coordinate global relationships across multiple functional areas, third-party providers, and regional constituencies. Your expertise should include:
  • Experience in large-scale, cross-functional projects
  • Project and/or Program Management experience, with a good understanding of a typical lifecycle
  • Experience evaluating business processes and providing advice on ways to effectively streamline business processes and efficiencies
  • Expert presenter using data and visuals to tell project status and stories to various audiences, up to executives
  • Excellent communication (written, oral, and presentation) and people skills
  • Experience with project risk management and investigation, consulting, and strategic judgement, and business process assessment
  • Professional services or consulting experience a plus
