  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into the ideation and planning phases of campaigns.
  4. Utilize research tools and methodologies to gather relevant information.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and industry developments to ensure High Scale Creative's campaigns remain cutting-edge and effective.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience in marketing research, preferably within a creative advertising agency.
  3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  4. Proficiency in research tools and methodologies, including survey design, data analytics, and market trend analysis.
