Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at BruntWork. As an integral part of our accounting operations, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining cutting-edge project management systems using Slack, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.

In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to spearhead the adoption of new organizational tools and processes, transforming raw data into actionable insights through expert Excel spreadsheet management. You will serve as the communication hub, facilitating internal dialogue and ensuring timely follow-ups, while also crafting and optimizing to-do lists to guarantee task completion and team productivity.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain a cutting-edge project management system using Slack to revolutionize the accounting manager's workflow.
  • Orchestrate a complex calendar, coordinating meetings and travel plans with precision.
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights through expert Excel spreadsheet management.
  • Serve as the communication hub, facilitating internal dialogue and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Craft and optimize to-do lists to guarantee task completion and team productivity.
  • Pioneer the implementation of new organizational tools and processes.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English is required, with Spanish fluency being a strong asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, sorting, and subtotaling.
  • Proven experience with project management tools, with a strong preference for Slack expertise.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This is a full-time position, requiring availability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time. Comfortable with remote work and virtual collaboration tools, you will have the flexibility to work from home while still being an integral part of our team.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, HMO coverage for eligible locations, permanent work-from-home arrangement, immediate hiring, and a steady freelance job contract.
