As a member of our LATAM Hub, you will play a critical role in shaping our medical strategy and influencing investment decisions across our portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and success, accelerating Life Science Vision in key therapeutic areas.

This role requires a strong scientific background, experience in clinical research, and an understanding of the health systems environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, as well as strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to drive growth and success in LATAM.
  2. Clinical Trial Oversight: Ensure that clinical trials are conducted efficiently and effectively, providing oversight and guidance to ensure that plans are aligned with and support brand, affiliate, business area, and company strategies.
  3. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to direct reports, helping them to achieve their full potential and maximize their value to the organization.
