- Plan and coordinate human resources for brand image at Point of Sale, following Head Office and Region guidelines to maintain consistency.
- Jointly manage In-store Marketing communication resources with Retail team, fostering collaboration and driving brand awareness.
- Control and ensure qualified execution of brand image at points of sale, upholding the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Align with different areas to meet business objectives, leveraging strategic planning skills with Account Managers to drive growth.
- Plan, control, and measure strategic execution of human and material resources through Retail Mapping, optimizing resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
- Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Market Engineering, or related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
- At least 5 years of experience as Sales Manager in Technology sector companies, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking.
- Regional sales team leader with high impact, capable of driving results and achieving business objectives.
- Strategic planning skills with Account Managers, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful plans.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, proven through training content development and knowledge transfer, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, with proficiency in using tools to analyze data and drive decision-making.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, enabling effective communication with global stakeholders and partners.
