Job Description:

HONOR is seeking a Commercial Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans to achieve commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet commercial objectives, aligning key areas of the business to drive results.
  2. Coordinate with authorized agencies-suppliers to manage, control, measure, and evaluate team performance.
  3. Align training programs to achieve desired impact on operations and reach brand objectives, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.
  4. Plan and coordinate human resources for brand image at Point of Sale, following Head Office and Region guidelines to maintain consistency.
  5. Jointly manage In-store Marketing communication resources with Retail team, fostering collaboration and driving brand awareness.
  6. Control and ensure qualified execution of brand image at points of sale, upholding the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  7. Align with different areas to meet business objectives, leveraging strategic planning skills with Account Managers to drive growth.
  8. Plan, control, and measure strategic execution of human and material resources through Retail Mapping, optimizing resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
Requirements:
  1. Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Market Engineering, or related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  2. At least 5 years of experience as Sales Manager in Technology sector companies, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking.
  3. Regional sales team leader with high impact, capable of driving results and achieving business objectives.
  4. Strategic planning skills with Account Managers, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful plans.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, proven through training content development and knowledge transfer, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  6. Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, with proficiency in using tools to analyze data and drive decision-making.
  7. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, enabling effective communication with global stakeholders and partners.
