Key Role in Business Expansion

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to join our team at Adcomm MDU Services, LLC in Cali. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic support to the sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a customer-centric culture.
  • Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate individual performance and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Develop effective systems for generating sales leads, providing feedback, and resolving issues.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for customer interactions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure consistency and adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Utilize customer insights and data to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Communicate performance metrics and trends to senior leadership.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads across various channels.
  • Initiate contact and assess the qualification of leads through professional communication methods.
  • Establish and maintain new databases of leads and prospects.
  • Closely collaborate with sales and marketing teams to formulate and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Advanced level of English (C1).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience and knowledge in Lead Generation and Sales.
  • Prior experience working with Western companies is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with Cold Calling, CRM Systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365 applications, and Pipeline Management.
  • Able to identify quality leads.
