About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps professional with a strong background in container orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, TeamCity, and AWS services such as EC2, EKS/ECS, RDS, IAM, KMS, SQS, CloudWatch, Lambda, Config, and Glue.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable and highly available infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters in development and production environments, including tooling such as Helm, ArgoCD, Istio, Renovate, and others.
- Administer and maintain AWS infrastructure, including EC2, EKS/ECS, RDS, IAM, KMS, SQS, CloudWatch, Lambda, Config, and Glue.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity and Github Actions.
- Provide procedure documentation, including runbooks, playbooks, wikis, and diagrams.
- Respond to production outages, triage issues by following standard operating procedures and escalation workflows.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field; considerable weight will be given to hands-on experience and prior accomplishments.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in AWS administration, build, release, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- At least 4 years of production experience with container orchestration systems and tooling: EKS, ECS/Fargate, ArgoCD, Helm, Istio, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of the AWS ecosystem: EC2, EKS/ECS, RDS, IAM, KMS, SQS, CloudWatch, Lambda, Config, Glue, etc.
- Experience supporting a multi-region infrastructure in AWS is a huge plus.
- Expertise with at least one scripting language: Python, Bash/Shell, etc.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
