Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Lean Solutions Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with carriers and driving sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating competitive carrier rates while meeting revenue and margin objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Create new business from existing customer accounts by identifying and qualifying leads, resulting in sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives to finalize agreements and achieve sales targets.
Establish long-term relationships with current and prospective carriers to drive business growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience with a focus on carrier relations.
- Experience working with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (B2 English level).
