About the Role

We are seeking experienced Building Envelope/Curtain Wall Specialists to join our team. This role involves overseeing the design, engineering, and installation of building envelope systems and curtain walls.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion, within budget, and meeting quality standards. As a Building Envelope/Curtain Wall Specialist, you will have opportunities to work on diverse projects, including office buildings, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and residential complexes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the design and engineering of building envelope systems and curtain walls, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for building envelope construction.
  • Review and evaluate contractor proposals and bids, recommending options based on technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and coordinate with project managers to address challenges or delays.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building envelope technology, incorporating new methodologies and best practices into project designs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building envelope design and engineering, focusing on curtain walls.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Solidworks, and similar tools.
  • Expertise in Shop Drawing development and Fabrication Drawing Development.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to building envelope systems and curtain walls.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A highly competitive salary, estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
