Supplier Quality System Associate Specialist

Zimmer Biomet is a global medical technology leader, and we're committed to providing mobility and renewed life to people around the world. As a Supplier Quality System Associate Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our suppliers and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate supplier quality assessments and gatekeeper processes, including entry, manipulation, retrieval, and communication of supplier assessment content.
- Foster positive relationships with suppliers and support functional areas to resolve process issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Adhere to all corporate and site-specific procedures, and ensure compliance within appropriate time limits.
- Proactively communicate process improvement opportunities to management.
- English proficiency (C1)
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, life sciences, or equivalent.
- Experience in an Industrial/Medical Environment, preferably with medical knowledge.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality roles supporting suppliers operations.
- Excellent time management skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in an international environment.
