Account Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Officer to join our Loan Processing team at BDO Unibank. As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for entertaining walk-in borrowers and handling inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Entertain walk-in borrowers and provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare and consolidate reports related to sales and customer service
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serve as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues

Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course
• At least 1 year experience in sales and customer service in a financial institution, lending institution, bank, call center, or telecommunications company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
