The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle technologies, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex IT projects, while fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Oracle consulting, including 5 full-cycle implementations of Oracle e-Business Suite. Proficiency in Oracle OHMPI technology implementation and Oracle Sales Cloud is essential. In addition, extensive knowledge of core Oracle ERP modules (Financials, Supply Chain, Human Resources) and experience in managing Oracle EPM products are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets, leading cross-functional teams, identifying and managing project risks, building strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements, managing scope and change control processes, and leading testing strategies.
