• Precisely and accurately interpret medical information given by providers into the patient's native language, ensuring accurate understanding and effective communication.
• Provide interpretation and translation services for healthcare providers interacting with patients who speak different languages.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information, adhering to company policies and standards.
• Establish and maintain positive interactions with patients, customers, visitors, and healthcare providers, upholding exceptional service standards.

To succeed as a Telecommunications Interpreter Specialist, you must possess:

• A minimum 85% proficiency in English.
• Full-time availability for scheduled shifts.
• A laptop or desktop computer (MAC not allowed) with Intel Core i5 5th generation processor and 8GB RAM minimum.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with software applications.
• Exceptional listening, retention, and note-taking abilities.
• Proficient enunciation and pronunciation skills, along with a pleasant and professional voice.

Your estimated annual salary is $62,500 - $75,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. This compensation package reflects our commitment to rewarding talent and dedication.
