LHR Global - Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled Hydrocarbon Measurement Expert to join our Technical Support Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical services related to hydrocarbon measurement and loss control.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Measurement Surveys and Compliance Reviews: Ensure that our measurement systems are accurate and compliant with relevant company and internal or external standards.
- Report and Analyze Hydrocarbon Product Loss Control Performance: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to minimize losses.
- Develop and Maintain Hydrocarbon Measurement-Related Training Programs: Train engineers, technicians, and operators on hydrocarbon measurement best practices.
- Maintain Processes to Measure Operating Department Compliance: Ensure that our operating departments are compliant with relevant standards and regulations.
- Conduct Technical Studies and Technology Evaluations: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and evaluate their suitability for our operations.
- Develop and Maintain Operating Facility Policies and Procedures: Ensure that our operating facilities have policies and procedures in place to support hydrocarbon measurement and loss control.
- Develop and Deliver In-House Training Programs: Train engineers performing compliance reviews on hydrocarbon measurement best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: From a recognized and approved program.
- PE or CEng Certification: Preferred.
- 10 Years of Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry: With a focus on hydrocarbon liquid systems and gas measurement.
- Deep Knowledge of Statistical Tools for Measurement: Particularly in estimating measurement uncertainty.
- Monthly Base Salary: Aligned with company employees with similar skills.
- Monthly Overbase: 25% of your monthly base salary.
- Benefits Supplement: 20% of your monthly base salary, increasing after years of service.
- Severance Package: 2-year vest period.
- Employment Tax Exemption: Potential exemption from 'home country' income taxes.
- Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP): Eligible after 12 months of service.
- Incentive Plan: Annual; based on performance.
- Travel Allowance: Annual; for household members residing in Saudi Arabia.
- Vacation and Paid Holidays: 38 vacation days / 4 travel days / 11-13 paid holidays.
- Medical and Dental Plan: Complimentary in-Kingdom medical care/facilities.
- Educational Assistance Plan (EAP): Out of Kingdom and In Kingdom Assistance.
- Settling in Allowance: One-time payment based on family status.
