We are Dedicated Ground Logistics (DGL), a leading freight brokerage with a strong presence across the U.S. and expanding our dynamic team in Bogotá, DC.
As a Freight Broker at DGL, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing a portfolio of shippers and carriers, negotiating and closing competitive freight deals efficiently, and ensuring smooth operations through top-notch customer service.
Your success will be measured by your ability to leverage technology, such as Salesforce and logistics tools, for operational efficiency and drive growth through strategic partnerships.
To succeed in this role, you should have 2+ years of experience as a Freight Broker, a strong existing book of business (preferred but not required), bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, sales-driven motivation, and a proactive results-oriented approach.
