Indirects Buyer

Overview
We are PepsiCo, a leading food and beverage company with a global presence. We are looking for a talented Indirects Buyer to join our team.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the category strategy, ensuring delivery of AOP targets, and managing supplier interactions and negotiations. They will also be responsible for contract execution, supplier coordination, and competitive benchmarking. Additionally, they will work with local business to solve any supply issues and manage change projects to deliver productivity targets or support market innovation.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Public Accounting, and at least 4 years of experience in managing commodities Raw Material. They will also have experience in RFP and RFI bidding execution, cost conversion management, contracts management, and innovation process. Proficiency in SAP and ARIBA platform management is also required.
