Job Overview
As a Senior Manager Communications Surveillance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation and oversight of Global Communications Supervision Procedures. This includes providing advisory, leadership, and oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with senior management and internal stakeholders to ensure timely escalation and documentation of alerts to Level 2 teams.
  • Establish controls to warrant the confidentiality of information and maintain accurate records of review results.
  • Define internal processes for supervisory activities, including monitoring and developing metrics to highlight effectiveness.
  • Lead and support the implementation, documentation, assessing, and oversight of Global Communications Supervision Procedures.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 7+ years of related industry experience in a supervisory or senior compliance role.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good accountability and time-management skills.
