Key Responsibilities- You'll be the product owner of our Platform, working closely with our CEO to drive end-to-end development of complex projects. You'll design, build, and launch features while owning iterations and follow-ups.
- Solve challenging technical problems across the stack to develop critical customer-facing features, including frontend (React, TypeScript), smart contract layer (Solidity, Hardhat), and backend (TypeScript).
- Stay up-to-date with technology trends and collaborate with others to define a long-term technical vision that addresses current problems and anticipates future issues. Design and build robust, scalable systems that enable us to scale our platform to 10x the number of users.
- Be a go-to technical resource for our engineering organization. Set engineering best practices and mentor engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Work directly with our CEO, customers, and other stakeholders to refine product requirements and team vision.
- Grow our engineering team by interviewing candidates and refining our recruiting processes as we rapidly grow.
- 5+ years of experience working with React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend;
- Strong experience using TypeScript for front and backend development;
- Crypto experience (experience with Solidity and Hardhat is a big plus);
- Web3 knowledge;
- Backend skills, including Rest API, Architecture, Database, Caching;
- A skilled coder who can break down problems and write clear, concise, and high-quality code to solve them efficiently;
- Strong technical design skills, translating product requirements into clean technical designs;
- Frontend engineering knowledge, including modern frontend frameworks;
- Backend engineering knowledge, including databases, servers, caching, and APIs;
- A customer-first mindset, understanding the customer journey and pain points;
- Great communication skills, verbally communicating technical and non-technical concepts clearly;
- Experience/keen interest in Web3;
- A startup builder who loves working at an early-stage startup and taking on projects from zero to one.
