We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Maintenance Specialist UH-60 to join our team at Amentum. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our UH-60 aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on UH-60 aircraft, including inspections, troubleshooting, and replacement of parts.
- Conduct technical evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks and meet deadlines.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance records and procedures.
- Technical degree in aviation maintenance from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 10 years' hands-on experience in aviation maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in UH-60.
- Current TLH or TLA Colombian license, or equivalent Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
- English language ability at the Foreign Service Institute Level R/1, or the equivalent; Spanish language ability equivalent to the Foreign Service Institute Level R/3, S/3 is required.
- Knowledge of Colombian Aeronautica Civil, FAA, and military maintenance regulations is required.
- Knowledge of Colombian safety standards and procedures is required.
