Job Summary
The Data Analyst 3 role at Hyland involves providing data-driven insights to support business decisions. This position requires a strong understanding of business needs and goals, as well as the ability to create clear and concise presentations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead complex analyses to gather business trends and issues from internal stakeholders and provide best practice guidance.
2. Develop and track metrics and/or dashboards to support business decisions.
3. Report on findings and make recommendations, summarizing analyses into clear and effective presentations.
4. Perform data integrity audits and evaluate methods and procedures for managing data.
5. Compose internal documentation detailing processes and findings.
6. Monitor industry statistics and follow market trends to inform business decisions.
7. Provide training and guidance on data interpretation and application.
8. Identify and improve internal efficiencies and grow knowledge of the team.
9. Operate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends, providing general consulting services.
10. May provide guidance to other team members.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Experience as a Data Analyst.
3. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerBI.
4. Highly organized and experienced at multi-tasking.
5. Strong project management skills.
6. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
7. Excellent oral and written communications skills.
8. Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
9. Strong collaborative skills.
10. Demonstrated ability to focus on key issues and develop sound recommendations.
