Job Summary

The Medical Spa Specialist - Cruise Ship is responsible for administering cosmetic medical procedures to onboard guests. They must possess the clinical knowledge to administer these procedures safely and effectively, and be able to explain accurately all aspects of the products and services to the guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administer cosmetic medical procedures to onboard guests.
  2. Provide accurate and effective explanations of products and services to guests.
  3. Work closely with the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant to promote services and products.
  4. Review and approve service/treatment plans organized and booked by the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant.
  5. Ensure a clean and organized treatment room, and properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product/supplies to assist with cost control.
  6. Follow service pricing policy set by OneSpaWorld.
  7. Complete medical records for each guest, and store them in the Spa Manager's office or designated place within the spa facilities for a period of 2 years.
Requirements
  1. Completed medical education and hold a medical degree from a recognized college or university.
  2. Hold a current valid medical license.
  3. Board certification or similar international certification in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology preferred but not required.
  4. Comfortable with giving presentations/speaking in front of large groups.
  5. Fluency in English.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills.
