Machining Operator

This role supports the success of our manufacturing operations by providing training and guidance to new associates, assisting with daily production, and maintaining quality standards.

• Train and operate equipment on assigned lines.
• Understand and implement operation standards, quality check sheets, and tooling.
• Assist in controlling daily production, including WIP, tool changes, and lot controls.
• Provide vacation coverage for associates and assist in maintaining quality fixtures and gauges.
• Complete daily reports and communicate relevant issues to the next shift.
• Support weekend production, machine repairs, and new equipment installation.
• Participate in shutdown activities to improve line efficiency.

• 1 year of experience in a related field or equivalent education.
• GED/High School Diploma.
