Principal HSE Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal HSE Risk Manager to join our team at Buscojobs Colombia.
This is a challenging opportunity for an individual who possesses a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) risk management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing HSE risks across our operations, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HSE risk assessments, including SIMOP studies and HAZOP analyses.
- Investigate industrial incidents, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Develop and audit safety and environmental management systems, including ISO 45001 and 14001 certification.
- Provide expert advice on HSE matters, including emergency management and incident response planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
- 10 years of related safety/operational experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance, as well as industry standards and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading teams and developing people.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
