Job Responsibilities

">

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with global and local legal standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating import and export shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations;
  • Supporting Sales and Customer Service teams with queries related to import/export;
  • Daily contact with suppliers, freight forwarders, and Customs brokers;
  • Staying up-to-date on new regulations and procedures to be applied in the company;
  • Suggesting initiatives for cost and lead time optimization projects, implementation, and follow-up plans;
  • Analyzing monthly KPIs from freight forwarders to ensure targets are being achieved and preparing action plans as needed;
  • Supporting monthly performance review meetings with Business Units;

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Logistics department of industries or multinational companies;
  • Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, or International Business;
  • Advanced English language skills (mandatory);
  • Solid analytical skills; service mindset, good interpersonal and relationship-building skills; detail-oriented international trade knowledge;
