Job Title: Inventory Controller, Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller, Lead to join our team at DSV Road GmbH. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory control, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including receipts, shipments, and inventory levels.
  2. Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile any discrepancies between physical counts and perpetual records.
  3. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management and logistics operations.
  5. Provide training and guidance to inventory staff on inventory management procedures and best practices.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality principles and rules in the warehouse.

Requirements:

Education and/or Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  3. Ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE).

Certifications and Licenses:

  1. Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program.

Skills and Abilities:

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. The pay for this role ranges from $23.00 to $24.41.
