The HALO Trust is a leading humanitarian organization that provides expertise and support to communities affected by conflict. As a Donor and Partnerships Officer, you will play a critical role in securing funding and developing partnerships with local and international organizations.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Donor and Partnerships Officer to join our team in Bogotó, Colombia. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing donor relationships, securing funding, and building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing donor contracts and develop new funding opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, private corporations, and NGOs
  • Lead the program support team and provide guidance on program development and implementation
  • Collaborate with the information management and monitoring & evaluation teams to ensure effective data collection and analysis
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Proven experience working in NGOs/Institutions focused on Peace, Development, Stabilisation or Conflict programming
  • Ability to build new relationships with potential and existing donor embassies and private corporations
