The Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. As a participant, you will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem.
**Responsibilities:**
- Account Servicing - Assist the Partnership Manager in day-to-day account servicing matters
- Lead Identification and Pitching - Support the Partnership Manager in pitching appropriate products for potential partners and assist in pitching them effectively
- Commercial Negotiations and Project Management - Participate in commercial negotiations, support the end-to-end onboarding process, and ensure the smooth technical integration and execution of partnerships
- Relationship Management - Aid the Partnership Manager in maintaining strong relationships with senior-level executives of high-value partners
**Requirements:**
- Communication skills - Must be comfortable with speaking to clients and stakeholders
- Industry Knowledge - Able to identify and initiate conversations with key local industry players
- Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge - A keen interest and knowledge of basic cryptocurrency and blockchain technology are essential
- Language Requirement - Bilingual English/Spanish is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
