Associate Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Customer Success Manager to join our team at Jobgether. As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized solutions to our customers and driving growth for our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to manage a dynamic portfolio of over 120 customers across various stages of their lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention by engaging proactively with at-risk customers to drive product adoption and minimize churn.

You will also identify opportunities for customer growth and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. A strong analytical mindset and ability to prioritize effectively will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 120+ customers across various stages of their lifecycle
  • Engage proactively with at-risk customers to drive product adoption and minimize churn
  • Identify opportunities for customer growth and uncover new expansion avenues
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Proficient with Customer Success tools such as Salesforce, Sales Loft, TalkDesk, Gong, Loom, and Metabase
  • Background in B2B2C, ideally within the food, hospitality, or technology sectors
