Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Assistant/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our video production and social media marketing operations, you will be responsible for coordinating video shoot schedules with gym clients, managing post-production workflows, curating and scheduling social media content, assisting in crafting compelling client proposals and performance reports, and liaising between clients, the creative team, and management to ensure project success.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate video shoot schedules with gym clients to ensure smooth production days.
  • Manage post-production workflows, including quality checks and feedback to editors.
  • Curate and schedule social media content across various platforms.
  • Assist in crafting compelling client proposals and performance reports.
  • Liaise between clients, the creative team, and management to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Strong organizational prowess and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
  • Basic understanding of video production processes and quality standards.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level (preferred but not required).
Estimated Salary

$40-$60 per hour, depending on experience.
